Courtney Liska

Courtney Liska has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Co-Head of NAMR HR Advisory at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since July 2007. Liska has held various roles, including Product Owner for Oracle HCM implementation, Early Career Program Manager for a rotational graduate program, Talent Development Manager focused on management training for the Corporate & Investment Bank, and Training Program Manager who designed global training initiatives. Prior to JPMorgan Chase & Co., Liska was a Corps Member at Teach for America, teaching middle school math in the School District of Philadelphia. Liska holds a Master of Science in Education in Urban Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University.
