Elisabeth Job Kozack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lending and product management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Lending Innovation and Alternative Lending at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since February 2022, Elisabeth previously held multiple leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including Managing Director and Head of Consumer Lending with the Marcus brand. At American Express, Elisabeth served as Vice President and General Manager of Premium Card Product Management, overseeing flagship products like the Platinum Card and Centurion Card. Elisabeth also has a diverse background in equity sales and research at Lehman Brothers and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by a BBA from William & Mary.
