Esteriana Haskasa

Esteriana Haskasa is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since December 2018, Esteriana leads back-end development for algorithmic trading and equity trading projects utilizing technologies such as Java and Python. Prior roles include Authorized Officer at UBS, where Esteriana contributed to foreign exchange trading solutions, and a software engineer at EPAM Systems for UBS Investment Bank. Esteriana's career also encompasses teaching positions at the Polytechnic University of Tirana and University "Aleksander Xhuvani," along with practical software development roles at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, Lab13, and EM sh.p.k. Esteriana holds a Ph.D. in Computer Software Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, and both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tirana University.
