Hema Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and transformation, holding the position of Vice President, PROD & AGILE Transformer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previous roles include serving as an Enterprise Agile Coach at ORIX Corporation USA, Agile Coach at Fidelity Investments, and Senior Consultant in Agile & DevOps at American Airlines. Hema Shah is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, a program that began in August 1996 and continues to the present.
