Janel B. Field

Janel B. Field, EdD, currently serves as Executive Director of Workplace Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience since August 2019. Previously, Janel held the position of Director of Organizational Development at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, where responsibilities included talent development, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture shaping. Janel's experience also encompasses roles as an Adjunct Faculty member at Cabrini University and Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where Janel implemented various leadership and onboarding programs. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dayton.
