Jianhui Li

Jianhui Li currently serves as Vice President and Applied AI/ML Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities include developing predictive and optimization models utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to enhance business and finance decision-making. Prior to this role, Jianhui worked at Capital One from September 2019 to April 2023, initially as a Manager and Data Scientist/Quantitative Analyst, focusing on account-level loss forecasting models for US credit card portfolios and participating in regulatory exercises. Jianhui also held the position of Principal Quantitative Modeler within the Consumer Credit Risk Management team, applying machine learning to economic modeling for loss forecasting and developing internal credit scores. Academically, Jianhui earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and obtained both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tsinghua University.
