Jim Jeffcoat

Jim Jeffcoat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global employee services and digital solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of the Global Employee Services Digital Team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Jim has also contributed to the field of decentralized finance as a DeFi Master with Decentralized Masters. Jim's prior roles include Lead Consultant at Sierra-Cedar, Senior SME Consultant for Taleo at RedefineHR, and Director of the Taleo Center of Excellence at Drivestream. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Employee Relations from The University of Texas at Dallas, complemented by earlier education at Kaiserslautern American High School.
