Josh Estep

Josh Estep, MBA, is an experienced professional in change management and process improvement, currently serving as Consulting Manager at ISG since September 2022. At ISG, Josh has developed training curriculums, provided coaching for transformation initiatives, and conducted Change Impact Assessments for multiple organizations. Prior roles include Change Management Lead at NiSource, where Josh successfully managed transformation efforts impacting over 4,000 associates, and various positions at Nationwide Financial and Nationwide Insurance, focusing on project management and process enhancements. Josh holds multiple MBA degrees in Data and Analytics and Organizational Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
