Jyotsna Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since July 2021, Jyotsna has also held roles such as Business/Product UAT Analyst and QA Analyst with Bank of America. Previous experience includes positions at Infosys and Bank of America as a Product Owner and .NET Developer, respectively, as well as roles at McAfee and Verizon as a .NET Developer and Software Engineer. Jyotsna holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
