Katheryn Rosen

Katheryn Rosen serves as the Global Head of Regional Information Security & Supervisory Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since September 2019, alongside roles as Global Co-Head of Global Supervisory and Global Head of Tech and Cyber Policy and Partnerships. As an adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs since January 2017, Rosen has contributed to capstone projects exploring cyber risk and financial stability. Previous positions include managing director at BlackRock and deputy assistant secretary at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where Rosen focused on financial regulatory reform and cybersecurity. Notably, experience in the U.S. House of Representatives involved advising on Dodd-Frank Act legislation. Educationally, Rosen holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Economics from Emory University and a Master of Arts in Western European Studies and International Finance from The George Washington University.
