Kelli Gore

Kelli Gore, Ph.D., currently serves as Executive Director and Talent Head for Control Functions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kelli was the Head of Executive Onboarding, Assessments & Coaching at PayPal from September 2020 to September 2022. Kelli's earlier experience includes serving as Lead for Talent & Diversity for Global Groups and Functions at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included developing corporate diversity and equity strategies. Kelli's professional journey began at KPMG US as a Consultant and included significant positions at EY and New York Life Insurance Company. Kelli holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Master’s degree from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Howard University.
