Kyle Trompower

Kyle Trompower, MBA, ECA, currently serves as the Learning & Development Lead and Deputy Team Lead at JPMorganChase since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at Global Shares from September 2021 to January 2023 and as a Stocker at Food Giant Supermarkets, Inc. from July 2016 to July 2018. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Studies with a focus on Business and Economic Development from the same university, and an Associate of Science (AS) in Business Administration from Jackson State Community College. Additional educational experiences include summer courses in French Language and Culture at Universite de Lorraine, as well as summer travel studies in World Literature and Public Speaking with TnCIS. Kyle graduated from South Gibson County High School with a diploma emphasizing Business Administration and Management.
