Lulu Yin

Lulu Yin, PhD, is a seasoned product researcher currently leading research initiatives at With Intelligence to drive the development of strategic product propositions for digital investment platforms. Previously, Lulu served as a UX researcher and consultant at Capco, focusing on market research for Tier 1 financial institutions, and worked as a research advisor at Nxsteps, contributing to smart footwear systems for gait rehabilitation. Academic experience includes UX research roles at Brunel University London, where Lulu explored user engagement for the National Gallery and conducted accessibility studies in VR and AR. Lulu has also taught design principles at Brunel University London Pathway College, assisted in employability courses, and volunteered at an aged-care center. Educationally, Lulu holds a PhD in Design Research and a Master’s degree in Integrated Product Design from Brunel University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Tsinghua University.
