Marcel Afrahim

Marcel Afrahim possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Cybersecurity at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2019, Marcel previously worked as a Research Developer for Endpoint Advanced Threat Prevention at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from 2016 to 2019, and as a Software Engineer at Wyng from 2014 to 2016. Early career experience includes an Information Technology Analyst position at a confidential company from 2009 to 2013. Marcel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Cybersecurity from New York University, achieved between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from The City University of New York - Queens College. Additionally, Marcel participated in a program with the Israel Tech Challenge in late 2016.
