Michele G. Buck is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Hershey Company (“Hershey”). Ms. Buck held several senior leadership roles within Hershey prior to becoming President and CEO in 2017 and Chairman in 2019, serving as Hershey’s Chief Operating Officer as well as President of its North America operations and Global Chief Growth Officer.
