Natalie Hervey

Natalie Hervey is an experienced Digital Content Manager currently contracted with USAA through Peyton Resource Group since June 2022, where responsibilities include planning and managing digital content experiences, creating communications and landing pages, and collaborating with various stakeholders. With a freelance career starting in 2015, Natalie has specialized in writing, editing, and product management, successfully transforming complex information into concise content and driving cohesive product narratives. Previous positions include Card Services Investigator at Comerica Bank, where fraud claim documentation was developed, and Writer and Editor at Direct Energy, where written documentation and complaint investigations were managed.
