Padmini Subramanian

Padmini Subramanian is an experienced Associate Vice President at JPMorganChase, specializing as a Performance Engineer since July 2019. Prior to this, Padmini held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Accenture, focusing on Non-Functional and Performance Engineering practices while leading various testing teams and mentoring trainees. Additional experience includes mentoring high school students in Physics and History at HelloClass, and working at Cognizant in roles dedicated to Non-Functional Testing and Performance Architecture. Padmini began a career as a licensed insurance agent at LIC while pursuing studies, culminating in an MS in Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Data Science from INSOFE.
