Pradeep Reddy

Pradeep Reddy serves as the Executive Director of HR, Talent at JPMorganChase, leading the sourcing and attraction efforts for technology talent in India and overseeing the HR function for the Bengaluru Corp Center. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Pradeep previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Microland Limited, where the focus was on hiring technical talent across various domains. Additionally, Pradeep was the Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for HSBC India GSCs, managing recruitment during a critical phase of operational transformation. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Recruitment at GENPACT LLC and a stint in operations at Dell. Pradeep Reddy holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Amity University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Badruka College of Commerce.
