Rohan Lad

Rohan Lad is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Recruitment at JPMorganChase since January 2020, Rohan leads hiring initiatives across India. Previously, Rohan held the position of Executive Director for New Joiner Experience overseeing Technology, Firmwide Functions, and Leadership Hiring at JPMC. Prior experience includes leading talent acquisition for JLT Group in India and various HR roles at Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, and Electronic Data Systems, focusing on strategic sourcing and leadership hiring. Rohan holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has additional training from The New York Institute of Photography.
