Sandhya Sridharan

Sandhya Sridharan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as CIO and Global Head of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Sandhya leads initiatives to build products and services for over 40,000 software engineers, focusing on AI-driven development and engineering best practices. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering at VMware, where Sandhya managed a global team and oversaw product validation and customer success in the Cloud Management Business Unit, and Director of Engineering at Oracle, leading large teams and implementing key projects in database management and cloud services. Sandhya holds an Engineering Leadership Professional Program degree from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Mysore, along with an active advisory role at Women Who Code.
