Sreenivas Jayaraman

Sreenivas Jayaraman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity and credit markets, currently serving as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase since August 2010. In this role, Sreenivas oversees Global VC Financing and leads European Corporate & Private Side Markets for Equities and Credit, while co-heading APAC Equity Derivatives Sales and Corporate Derivatives Marketing. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Sreenivas held the position of Director at Deutsche Bank, focusing on Strategic Equity Transactions in Emerging Markets and Asia from August 2004 to August 2010. Earlier career experience includes various roles at Thomson Reuters and Tibco Finance Technology, working with investment banking clients on trading room technology and application integration from December 1995 to June 2002. Sreenivas holds an MBA in Finance from London Business School and an M.Eng in Microelectronic Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester.
