Tim Behany

Tim Behany is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in the financial services sector. At JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2018 to December 2021, Tim served as Managing Director and Global Talent Acquisition Leader, overseeing recruitment strategies for Digital & Platform Services and Wholesale Operations. Prior roles include Global Head of Wholesale and Home Lending Operations Recruitment and Global Head of CIB Operations Recruitment. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Tim was a Senior Account Manager at MRI/Compusearch, focusing on high-level placements in financial services.
