Yelena Yesilevskaya

Yelena (Lena) Yesilevskaya is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President in the HR Product and Agility Office at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lena held the position of Manager of Product Quality Assurance at Broadridge from January 2007 to July 2023, where leadership and mentorship of QA analysts were key responsibilities, alongside driving business success through expertise in product and project management. Earlier career roles included Senior Product Assurance Analyst and Product Manager/Business Analyst at ADP from August 1997 to January 2007, and Software Quality Researcher at JP Morgan from September 1996 to July 1997. Yelena earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University and a Master's degree in Physics from Saratov State University.
