Shannon Bullard Phr

Shannon Bullard, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Manager at JPS Composite Materials since August 2022, overseeing HR operations at the Statesville, NC location. Previously, Shannon held the position of Human Resources Manager at Sattler USA from March 2019 to September 2022, and at Sunbelt Furniture Xpress Inc from April 2016 to March 2019, where Shannon developed the first standalone HR department for a national trucking company with over $70 million in annual revenues. Additional experience includes HR management roles at Advance Auto Parts, BH Media Group, and Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, where Shannon provided HR leadership and expertise across multiple locations. Shannon began the HR career at Rutherford-Polk Mental Health and has also served as an instructor in HRD and Applied Psychology at Wilkes Community College. Academically, Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Student Development Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications-Media Advertising from Appalachian State University.
