Ernie Clapp

Ernie Clapp is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, and operations. Currently serving as Sr IT Manager at JPW Industries since October 2016, Ernie oversees all aspects of infrastructure and security, including servers, networking, storage, and security standards. Prior roles include Manager of Network Services at Permanent General, where strategic direction for information systems and technology deployment was developed, and Manager of LAN Administration at Gaylord Entertainment, managing a team across various IT disciplines. Earlier experience includes positions as Network Engineer at Cendant and Manager of Information Systems at Radio Systems Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, network maintenance, and software evaluations. Ernie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from East Tennessee State University.
