Kelley McCart

Kelley McCart, SPHR, HCS has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Kelley has held various leadership positions in both large and small organizations across different industries.

Most recently, Kelley served as the Vice President of Human Resources at J.R. Hobbs Company, where they were responsible for overseeing HR operations for the leading mechanical contractor in the southeast. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Grato Holdings, where they played a key role in overhauling HR processes for multiple FDA-regulated ESOP entities.

In their previous roles, Kelley served as the Strategic HR Business Partner for the Americas at Nordson Corporation and as the Head of Human Resources at CR Bard. Kelley also held senior HR positions at Precision Castparts and DayStar Technologies.

Kelley began their career in the staffing industry, where they gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and management. Kelley held various roles at companies such as Attentive Personnel, ATG, and Snelling.

Throughout their career, Kelley has demonstrated their ability to lead change initiatives, develop and implement HR strategies, and effectively manage HR processes. Kelley has a proven track record of driving business success through effective HR practices.

Kelley McCart, SPHR, HCS has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elmira College. Kelley is currently in the process of completing their Master's degree in Strategic HR Management from the University of Denver. In terms of additional certifications, Kelley has obtained the following: SHRM Atlanta Member from SHRM in 2019, Strategic HR Business Partner Certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2018, Human Capital Strategist Certification from HCI in 2012, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in 2009, and a Human Resources Management Certification from Villanova University in 2005.
