Gary Valine

Gary Valine has over 30 years of work experience in construction management. Gary began their career as an Estimator at Concraft Builders, Inc. in 1981. Gary then worked as a Project Manager at Utley James, Inc. from 1984 to 1987. In 1988, they joined Doster Construction Company as a Project Manager, where they oversaw projects at a General Motors assembly plant in New York. From 1989 to 2016, Valine worked at Lakehead Constructors, Inc. in various roles, including Project Director. During this time, they managed mining projects in Northern Minnesota, estimated project costs, and supervised project managers and superintendents. In 2013, they joined Enbridge as a Senior Project Manager/Project Specialist, where they worked on a large pipeline facilities project and assisted with engineering information management. In 2016, Valine joined JR Jensen Construction Company as a Senior Project Manager, working on an Enbridge contract at LP Engineering Information Management.
