Ben Steimel

Ben Steimel has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ben most recently worked as the Vice President of Operations at JR McDade Company, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director Of Operations at Peak One Builders & Restoration from February 2022 to October 2022.

From July 2017 to February 2022, Ben worked as a General Manager at Toll Brothers. Before that, they held the role of Area Construction Manager at David Weekley Homes from January 2012 to July 2017.

In addition, Ben has experience as a Project Manager at T.W. Lewis Company from March 2009 to January 2012. Ben also owned and operated Keeneland Remodeling from January 2008 to March 2009.

Ben's earlier experience includes working as a Superintendent at Elite Homes, Inc. from May 2003 to December 2008. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in operations, construction management, and project leadership.

Ben Steimel received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kentucky, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. In 2015, they obtained a State of Arizona Real Estate License from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
