Eric Monaco is an experienced engineer with a background in mechanical engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Currently serving as Engineer II at JR Motorsports since 2022, Eric focuses on enhancing vehicle performance through advanced simulation tools and metrology techniques. Previous roles include Engineering positions at Niece Motorsports, Penske Racing Shocks, Keyser Manufacturing, JTG Daugherty Racing, GMS Racing LLC, Stewart-Haas Racing, and Kevin Harvick, Inc., where Eric demonstrated expertise in data analysis, shock and damper development, and quality control processes, significantly contributing to vehicle performance optimization in the motorsports industry.
