Rob Arluna has extensive experience in the sports equipment industry, particularly in golf. Rob worked at Nike for several years, holding positions such as the Vice President- Head of Product for Nike Equipment & Accessories and the Sr. Global Category Business Director, where they managed a team of 50+ employees and oversaw various functions including innovation, product development, and manufacturing. Prior to Nike, Arluna worked at Callaway Golf as the Director of Brand Management and the Director of Product Marketing, where they played a key role in developing brand architecture, driving sales, and launching successful products. Rob also gained experience in advertising at Sony, leading a national advertising campaign for their entrance into the wireless phone market.
Rob Arluna completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University between 1987 and 1991.
