Amante Legaspi

Amante Legaspi, Jr. serves as Vice President of Contracts and General Counsel at JRC Integrated Systems since September 2011, where responsibilities include developing a streamlined contracts team, providing legal advice on compliance and government contracting, and managing contract compliance amid significant growth. Prior to this role, Amante held the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel at Ascend Therapeutics, focusing on contract negotiations and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector. Experience also includes serving as Staff Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, where process improvements and project management were key achievements, and as Contract Attorney/Consultant to General Counsel at Purdue Pharma. Amante holds a J.D. in International Business from George Mason University and a BSBA in Accounting from William & Mary.
