Ananya Rao

Ananya Rao has over 18 years of experience in human resources and finance management, holding various leadership positions across notable companies. Most recently, Ananya served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pixuate (Cocoslabs Innovative Solutions Private Limited) from July 2020 to April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Finance & People Manager and Human Resource Manager at Brady PLC from May 2016 to July 2020, and Assistant Manager - HRA at Softtek India Pvt Ltd from July 2005 to April 2016. Beginning a career as an Information Coordinator at Siso - Samsung India Software Operations, Ananya has a strong educational background with multiple degrees, including a Postgraduate Degree in Building Future CHROs from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master's degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, Ananya is currently pursuing a Certificate Programme in Management of Social Initiatives at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
