Mike Cleary

Mike Cleary has over 20 years of work experience in finance and administration. Mike has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their diverse skill set.

From 2017 to present, Mike has been working at JRS PHARMA as the VP of Finance and Administration. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance and IT at the same company from 2017 to 2019.

Before joining JRS PHARMA, Mike worked at Vibrant Health as the Director of Finance and Business Development from 2016 to 2017. During their time there, they developed a cash forecasting model, led the implementation of a new ERP system, and worked on refinancing a $2.5MM revolving line of credit.

From 2014 to 2016, Mike was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Blue Buffalo Co. Mike actively participated in IPO-related activities and implemented a new corporate reporting tool. Mike also instituted a new planning and reporting process for multiple cost centers.

Prior to their role at Blue Buffalo Co, Mike worked at The Sun Products Corporation from 2009 to 2014. Mike held multiple positions during this period, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Finance Manager. Mike implemented various financial models, improved the annual planning process, and managed strategic planning.

Before joining The Sun Products Corporation, Mike served as a Finance Manager at Energizer Personal Care from 2005 to 2009. Mike also gained experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at both CUNO and Remington Products.

Mike began their career as a Fund Accountant at Sanford C. Bernstein in 2000.

Mike Cleary completed their Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Springfield College between 1994 and 1998. Later on, they pursued an MBA in Corporate Policy & Strategy from the University of New Haven from 2003 to 2005.
