Joshua Ungerecht

Joshua Ungerecht has extensive experience in the real estate industry. From 2011 to present, they have served as the Managing Partner of ExchangeRight Real Estate, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with over $2.6 billion in assets under management. At ExchangeRight, Ungerecht pursues the mission to empower people to be secure, free, and generous by providing income funds and 1031-exchangeable investment offerings that target secure capital, stable income, and strategic exits. In 2015, Ungerecht became the Managing Member of Telos Capital, which provides deeply discounted, value-added, and opportunistic real estate investments for accredited high net worth, family office, and institutional investors.

From 2006 to 2011, Ungerecht served as the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of JRW Investments, Inc. where they conducted extensive due diligence for clients in order to recommend only the most suitable 1031 exchange and value-added real estate investments. Joshua also built out and managed one of the most comprehensive due diligence platforms and departments in the securitized commercial real estate industries (ADISA/IPA). In 2007, Ungerecht became the Owner of JRW Research & Consulting, Inc.

Before entering the real estate industry, Ungerecht served as the Director of Missions for Student Ministries at the University of Biola from 2005 to 2006.

Joshua Ungerecht obtained a Master of Arts in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics from Talbot - University of Biola between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Apologetics, Missions and Biblical Studies from The Master's University between 2002 and 2005.
