Chris Condiles, MBA, PMP, is a Principal Consultant at JRZ Consulting, where expertise lies in transforming business operations within the construction industry through strategic process redesign and workflow optimization. Previously, as Service Delivery Manager at Suvoda, Chris led a team of 25 IT professionals to enhance patient logistics for global clinical trials and initiated a Center of Excellence for Learning and Development. Chris also served as Consulting Services Manager at COINS, managing multiple teams to execute software implementations and developing a 100% remote consulting model during the Covid-19 pandemic. With foundational experience as an Environmental Technician at Woodard & Curran and Engineering Technician at Zak Incorporated, Chris holds an MBA from Penn State and a BS in Civil Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
