Whitney Hill

Whitney Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, partner development, and IT consulting. Currently serving as the Director of US Operations at JS Panther, Whitney leads a dedicated team in delivering software development services tailored to customer needs. Holding the position of Director of Partner Development at Bankcard Associates, LLC since 2009, Whitney has successfully onboarded over 50 municipal partners and developed marketing strategies for payment processing services. The entrepreneurial journey includes founding Carolina Web Consultants, specializing in web marketing and online payment solutions, and running a landscape maintenance business. Additionally, Whitney has engaged in public service as a candidate for Raleigh City Council District A and has a solid foundation in IT from previous roles at Nortel Networks and as an independent consultant. Whitney holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
