Wm. North Sturtevant has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and organizations. Wm. North began their career as the Director of Construction Phase Services at Keyes Condon Florance Architects, where they worked from 1981 to 1996. From there, they joined JSA Architects as a Principal and CEO, leading the Higher Education studio and overseeing various new and renovation projects for student housing, classrooms, and science buildings. In 2003, they became a Board Member of CSI New Hampshire and went on to serve as the President of the New Hampshire Chapter from 2006 to 2008. Wm. North also held roles as Region Director of the Construction Specifications Institute from 2008 to 2010 and Treasurer of Plan New Hampshire starting in 2015. Additionally, Sturtevant has been involved with the Yale Club of New Hampshire since 2012, initially as Treasurer and currently serving as President. Wm. North graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in 2019. Overall, Sturtevant's extensive experience showcases their expertise in architecture, leadership, and community involvement.
Wm. North Sturtevant attended Potomac School from 1963 to 1974 but did not earn any degree or specialize in any field of study during that time. Wm. North then enrolled at Westminster School from 1974 to 1977, again without completing a degree or focusing on any particular area of study. Finally, from 1977 to 1981, they pursued a degree in Architecture at Yale University, successfully graduating with an AB Architecture degree.
