Penny Sibley

As JSA’s Finance and HR Director, Penny is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bookkeeping, and HR reporting and management.

Penny brings a wealth of experience to JSA, including over 15+ years in Human Resources Management and 10+years in Business Operations Management. She holds two professional certifications: SHRM-CP and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification.
