Alexandra Sterian

Alexandra Sterian is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & HR Transformation at Veeam Software since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading a full stack team for implementing applications and integrations across various departments, managing cross-functional projects, and overseeing process improvements within Finance and Operations. Previously, Alexandra held several roles at Veeam Software, including Financial Applications Director and Manager, where tasks involved preparing financial statements, managing budgeting functions, and liaising with auditors. Prior experience includes positions at East Metals AG as Head of Controlling and Reporting and Financial Controller, as well as various finance roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Alexandra holds an education from the International University in Germany and has completed ACCA affiliate studies, along with an exchange program at Rennes School of Business.
