Tara brings more than 20 years of marketing, writing, and design experience to JSA. With a passion for helping clients tell their stories through compelling and well-written content, Tara brings creativity and curiosity to every project. She understands the importance of doing the research, asking the right questions, and truly listening to the answers to get to the heart of a client’s need and determine the best strategy to drive results.

Before joining the JSA family, Tara spent 12 years at Union Pacific Railroad developing strategic customer communications and integrated marketing campaigns for a variety of industries, including consumer goods, industrial products, and energy. At UP, Tara blazed a new trail, building a new content marketing initiative from the ground up (the first of its kind among Class 1 railroads). Through the creation of an online magazine and comprehensive social media strategy, she helped the company achieve record-breaking brand engagement, a boost in lead generation, and increased revenue.
