Natalie Saiz

Natalie recently retired from a 35-year career at NASA-Johnson Space Center. Natalie served as HR Director for 11 years during a time of significant change at the Center (2004-2015). During her last 5 years at NASA, Natalie was a key advisor to Center and Agency leadership for organizational change initiatives. Natalie is known for partnering across disciplines to produce effective outcomes. Her expertise includes transformational leadership, DII (diversity, inclusion, and innovation), organizational change and culture, employee engagement, and building collaborative relationships.
