Sardor Ismailov

Sardor Ismailov, MBA, currently serves as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board at Kapitalbank since June 2022, having previously been the Deputy Chairman of the Board. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Project Office and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at Asakabank, and as Deputy Head of Department at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan. Sardor has also held various managerial and project management positions at the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from Chapman University and advanced programs at London Business School and Сбер Университет, among others, with a strong focus on banking, finance, and strategic investment.
