Carlos Alberto Gaspar

Carlos Alberto Gaspar has over 25 years of work experience. Carlos Alberto is currently a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Jscrambler since May 2019. Previously, they worked as a Professional of Technologic Education at SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial from July 2004. In this role, they taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses, wrote study books, and evaluated articles for E-Tech Magazine.

From February 2012 to April 2019, Gaspar worked at Dígitro Tecnologia as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead. Here, they acted as a tech lead and senior software engineer in a contact center software development team.

Before that, they were a Senior Fullstack Software Developer at SCTracker Tecnologia em Rastreamento from September 2007 to May 2017.

Gaspar also worked as a Senior Fullstack Software Developer and Technology Education Professional at Allfabeto Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade from May 2008 to February 2012. In this role, they developed software solutions for various clients and imparted technology education.

Carlos Alberto was a Sustainability Consulting Professional at Instituto Akatu from September 2008 to December 2011, focusing on sustainability education projects in partnership with Walmart and HP.

From August 2003 to May 2005, Gaspar worked as a Software Integrator for Digitro Telecom solutions at Hoepers Recuperadora de Crédito. Here, they developed software components, protocols, and services to integrate Hoepers' billing platform with Digitro's telephony systems.

Gaspar also served as an Engineer Manager at CSP Controle e Automação Ltda. from February 2003 to December 2003.

Before their current roles, Gaspar gained initial work experience as a Software Engineer at Deggy Corp from March 1995 to September 1998.

Carlos Alberto Gaspar attended Escola Politécnica da USP from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. Their field of study during this time was focused on Digital Systems Project and Software Engineering.

In 1999 to 2001, Carlos pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

From 2000 to 2002, they studied at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where they earned a Master's degree in Production Engineering.

In 2005 to 2006, Carlos specialized in Human Development by completing a certification course at PUC Minas.

In addition to their formal education, Carlos has also obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they acquired the RediSearch certification from Redis Labs. In December 2020, they obtained the Redis Streams certification, also from Redis Labs. Finally, in February 2021, Carlos attained the Redis Security certification from Redis Labs.
