Pedro Fortuna

Pedro Fortuna is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Jscrambler, with a robust background in research and development, product management, and business development since August 2007. Additionally, Pedro serves as Chapter Co-Leader at OWASP Lisboa since June 2022. Previous experience includes a research role at INESC Porto, focusing on scalable network systems, and multiple academic positions as an Assistant Professor at ISEP, where expertise included teaching computer security and programming courses. Pedro's earlier roles also include systems engineering at Siemens and web development leadership at both INEGI and IDMEC. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Computer Networks from Universidade do Porto and a Major Degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnical Institute of Porto.
