Sameera Mahomed

Sameera Mahomed has extensive work experience in the field of HR, starting in 2008. Sameera began their career at Bytes Managed Solutions as an HR Administrator, where they worked from 2008 to 2011. Sameera then moved on to Telesure Group Services, where they served as an HR Administrator from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they joined KPMG South Africa as an HR Specialist Admin from 2012 to 2013. Sameera then transitioned to KPMG, where they worked as a People Process Admin from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they hold a leadership position at JSE, starting as an HR Officer in 2014 and progressing to HR Services & Operations Manager in 2019. Sameera is currently the Head of HR Services & Operations at JSE, a position they have held since July 2022.

Sameera Mahomed completed the Emerging Managers Programme at Wits Business School from 2016 to 2017. Sameera also studied at MANCOSA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, although the start and end years are not specified. Prior to that, Sameera attended Nirvana Secondary School, but there is no mention of any specific degree or field of study.
