Novka Blagojević

Novka Blagojević has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at asioso as a QA Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leading the QA team, helping to onboard new QA team members, having open discussions with the team about the company’s high-level goals and how to reach those goals together, holding monthly meetings, helping to solve tasks, providing mentoring, support to the team when needed, establishing company QA standards and processes, developing and executing test cases for product features, reporting bugs in JIRA and Confluence, verifying software defects, performing frontend and backend testing in FirstSpirit and Pimcore of all modules using manual testing techniques, performing Regression testing across different browsers as part of Cross-browser testing to ensure browsers compatibility before each new release, UI, Functional, Acceptance testing for web/mobile applications, and editability UI testing in FirstSpirit and Pimcore, interacting with developers to resolve issues discovered during testing, working closely with the team of developers to understand the technical design and functionality of the application before performing tests to ensure delivery of quality products and product features to customers, developing all levels of QA documentation based on client's and technical requirements, and implementing Agile (Sprint/Scrum) Methodology by analyzing requirement specifications. Currently, they are working at JSGuru as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Novka Blagojević has studied Italian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology, and has also attended the Informatics Academy. No additional certifications have been provided.
