Rae Chang

Rae Chang has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rae began their career at ASI Corporation in 2010 as a Buyer, where they handled large-scale purchases and implemented improved merchandising strategies. In 2011, they joined an IT Hardware Wholesaler as a Business Development Manager, using their negotiation and sales skills to attract new clients and grow existing accounts. In 2014, they transitioned to JSM Technology as an Operations Manager, where they successfully built a warehouse logistics system, monitored employees' activities, and ensured facility operations met standards. Their most recent role, starting in 2019, is as the Director of Operations at JSM Technology, where they oversee daily operations and makes plans to rectify any issues.

Rae Chang obtained a Bachelor's degree in TESOL from Christ's College Taipei, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA at the National Taipei University of Technology, which began in 2023.
