Victoria Karpinski

Victoria kick-started her recruitment career by joining a listed recruitment business in 2015, initially working on the interim Finance desk. In the last 6 years, she has moved from a specific interim Finance focus to leading teams specialising across the board, placing both interim and permanent candidates.

Victoria’s progression into a leadership role 4 years ago has enabled her to grow a business of smaller, specialist teams, who place high quality candidates into a variety of Financial Services firms.

She moved to the Financial Services practice at JSS in July 2022, and is focussed on building a high performing team who will specialise individually on areas such as Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Debt Capital Markets, & Equity.
