Jill Morris

Jill Morris is an experienced leader in academic library collaboration and innovation, currently serving as Executive Director of PALCI since September 2015, where strategic development and support for member libraries are prioritized. Previously, as Associate Director at PALCI, Jill focused on building collaboration among 68 academic libraries, managing key programs related to eResources and collection building. Jill's extensive background includes roles such as Interim Executive Director at NC LIVE/NCSU Libraries, where leadership during organizational transition involved overseeing staff and budgeting, and various library positions at institutions like ITT Tech and the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. Jill holds an M.S. in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in History from SUNY Geneseo, supplemented by specialized training at the TRLN Management Academy.
