Sudhir Maheshwari

Mr. Sudhir Maheshwari is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and holds an Honors Graduate in Accounting and Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Spanning over 32 years, he has gained extensive experience in multiple industries, geographies and sectors.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Synergy Capital, global private equity and strategic advisory firm. He was a leading and integral part of ArcelorMittal where he spent 27 years from 1989 to 2015. He also managed Mittal Investments from 2008 until 2015, where he led, amongst others, the creation, construction, and oversight of a state-of-the-art refinery under HPCL Mittal Energy Limited.
